Welcome to my web design page. I am a web designer who loves to work with web sites. My approach is very simple. I work on a project basis. Tell me about your project and I will give you a quote for the cost to get it done. I can create a new site for you from scratch upgrade and do up a tired old site and make it look fresh and exciting. There is no obligation, contract or big commitment. A lot can be accomplished in a short space of time.

Everything is done remotely by email and you can review your site online as it is updated. Usually there is no reason to meet. For payment I use PayPal, bank transfer or cash so again you can pay from the comfort of your own computer.

Domain Name

If you are starting a new site you will need a domain name – this can be a dot com or a dot ie they are roughly €25 per year and this is a recurring cost. The domain name should bear reference to your business so that people can associate the name to you.

It is best that you choose your own domain name and buy it. Bear in mind it is your business identity on the web.

What you need to get online

Website hosting is a recurring cost depends on the hosting provider. We can also host your website for you as part of our offer to you on our top of the range Linux server.

Hosting refers to the physical location of your website - the server on which the files are stored including emails and databases. Domains are more like the address of your website and can be stored on other locations for example the company you purchased the domain from.
